Psalm 26:3 (NIRV), "I have always remembered your love that never fails. I have always depended on the fact that you are faithful."
Thursday... There are things we really do need to remember and share.
David writes in Psalm 26:3 (NIRV), "I have always remembered your love that never fails. I have always depended on the fact that you are faithful."
And right before this in verse 2 he says, "LORD, test me. Try me out. Look deep into my heart and mind." And at a time like that we need to remember verse 3.
Now later in verse 11 (AMP) he writes, "But as for me, I shall walk in my integrity; redeem me and be merciful and gracious to me."
God is in the business of growing us and he comes with love that never fails, faithfulness, mercy, grace and with redemption or another way to say it is deliverance. Now he doesn't force all this upon us. We can live with no regard for what he wants to give and do in and through us.
Now Proverbs 26:1 (NIV) says, "Like snow in summer or rain in harvest, honor is not fitting a fool." Verse 8, "Like tying a stone in a sling is the giving honor to a fool."
Now we are not to call a person a fool but not having a relationship with someone who comes with love that never fails, who is faithful, who is merciful, gracious and who comes with redemption is kind of foolish. The problem is they may not know there is someone who wants to be in their life and who is all of that. And by the way, He also died for us. was resurrected and is now in heaven waiting for us to come live with him. And while we are here he comes with love that never fails, he is faithful, merciful and who comes with redemption and deliverance.
Yes we too need to remember this and also share the fact to others who do not know. Yes, yes! #todaysbeginning
