Wednesday... Which of these are we or do we want to be? We don't always think we have choices but we do. And Proverbs 18: 1-2 & 4 (NLT) gives us three choices. Now we have the ability to choose but we don't have the ability to choose the consequences of our choice. And that is so important for us to see. Now verse 1 says, "Unfriendly people care only about themselves; they lash out at common sense." The Amplified Bible says, "He who [willfully] separates himself [from God and man] seeks his own desire, he quarrels against all sound wisdom." Now that is our own choice but it is not a good choice. There are so many negative consequences at being unfriendly. Over in Genesis 2:18 (NLT) it says, "Then the Lord God said, 'It's not good for the man to be alone.'"
