Thursday... There is also a purpose in this emotion. We were created to be emotional beings and each emotion has a purpose. Now we love being happy. Happiness is a very good emotion but so is sadness. It too has a purpose. The Apostle Paul in writing to the church in Corinth says in 2 Corinthians 7:9 (NIRV), "Now I am happy. I'm not happy because you were made sad. I'm happy because your sadness led you to turn away from your sins. You became sad just as God wanted you to. So you were not hurt in any way by us." Now I am a very positive person and I do what I can to encourage people to see the positive side but there is also a sorrowful side that God uses. Sorrow has its place in our lives. But sorrow is not there just to make people feel bad, it is there to change people. Let's say that we are love at all cost people.
