Tuesday... There is so much of it going around. There really is. And you can find it even in Church. But here is what David says about it. Psalm 37:8 (NLT) says, "Stop being angry." Right to the point. Oh I know there is so much around us to cause us to be angry but God through David says, "Stop being angry! Turn from your rage! Do not lose your temper." He says it in three different ways to reinforce that He really means it. Then he says, "It only leads to harm." By the way God has it handled. Verse 9 says, "For the wicked will be destroyed, but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land." Trust and anger do not go together. If we are angry that means we don't like what is happening. If you really get to it, if you don't like the way things are going then you could be angry at God because of the way He is handling it.
