Tuesday... But my life is so difficult and maybe that is true. Over in 1 Peter 4:12-13 (MSG), Peter says, "Friends, when life gets difficult, don't jump to the conclusion that God isn't on the job." I'm sure that thought has come to our mind, hasn't it? But that thought it isn't coming from God. Peter goes on, "Instead, be glad that you are in the very thick of what Christ experienced." We say we are Christ followers but we start griping when we start going through difficult times like He did. If we are following Him then we will have difficulties. Peter then says, "This is a spiritual refining process, with glory just around the corner." And that is something we want isn't it? And here is the verse that caught my attention in my reading this morning.
