Thursday... This is so true! Have you found it true? Proverbs 28:1 (MSG) says, "The wicked are edgy with guilt, ready to run off even when no one's after them; Honest people are relaxed and confident, bold as lions." Have you found that true? You tell a lie and you're on edge because you are afraid you will be found out. Or whatever sin has you in its grasp. You try to be confident but the guilt keeps you looking over your shoulder, hoping you won't be found out. Look at this one. Verse 4 says, "If you desert God's law, you're free to embrace depravity; if you love God's law, you fight for it tooth and nail." Now this one is tough. Verse 9 (NLT) says, "God detests the prayers of a person who ignores the law?" I don't think a lot of people realize that. Here is an important one.
