Friday... It brings light and it brings life. I love the morning sun. I usually get up each morning as the sun is waking up and I open the shades to let the sun light into our home. We have plants inside that need the light to help them grow and I just like the light. The writer of Proverbs 4:18 (NIRV) writes, "The path of those who do right is like the sun in the morning. It shines brighter until the full of day." The MESSAGE Paraphrase says, "The ways of right-living people glow with light; the longer they live, the brighter they shine." But verse 19 says, "But the road of wrongdoing gets darker and darker - travelers can't see a thing; they fall flat on their faces." A good way to start your day is open up the shades of God's Word and to let it shine into your life and it surely does grow brighter through the day that you will be living.
