Saturday... Is this true of your god? Psalm 59:16 & 17 (NLT) says, "But as for me, I will sing about your power. Each morning I will sing with joy about your unfailing love. For you have been my refuge, a place of safety when I am in distress. O my Strength, to you I sing praises, for you, O God, are my refuge, the God who shows me unfailing love." The last part in The MESSAGE says, "I can always count on you - God, my dependable love." I love that word, dependable, dependable. Is your god's love dependable? Can you count on him? Proverbs 29:25 (NIRV) says, "If you are afraid of people, it will trap you. But if you trust in the LORD, he will keep you safe." I can count on that. His love is dependable.
