Monday... God appreciates and values us, no matter our age. But I'm not sure we do. Too many times the older, more experienced look down their noses at those who are young. They don't appreciate or value them and the same of those who are younger. They don't appreciate or value those who are older. But the writer of Proverbs 20:29 (NLT) says, "The glory of the young is their strength; the gray hair of experience is the splendor of the old." Each person no matter their age has value. That is the way God made us. It is so easy to put down people because of their age, the color of their skin, their height, their weight, their sex, and their personality. We see that all the time, don't we But verse 28 (MSG) says, "Love and truth form a good leader; sound leadership is founded on loving integrity."
