There is so much bad around us, isn't there? David then continues, "You lavish on those who come to you for protection, blessing them before the watching world." Yes, this is where we go when we need some goodness in our lives. And he wants to lavish us when we come to him for protection. And those around us will see how good a God he is. And we waste this opportunity so many times because we don't avail ourselves of this blessing because all we see is the bad.
