Thursday... I love the mornings. Every night we bury another day. We see the sun bury itself. Wednesday, February 17 is no more. It is just a memory but February18 is alive and well. It lives. I love getting up before the Sun has been resurrected and open the blinds to let the light come in and to welcome a new day. It is always a reminder of what Christ did for us. Yesterday was Ash Wednesday. Every Sunset is a reminded of what Christ did for us but each Sunrise is also a reminder of what He did for us. And we need to be reminded that He is alive. David in Psalm 18:46 (NLT) reminds us, "The Lord lives! Praise to my Rock!" As you wake us to the fact that a new day has been resurrected please remember what David wrote here in verses 46-50, "The Lord lives! Praise to the Rock! He is the God who pays back those who harm me; he subdues the nations under me from my enemies. You hold me safe beyond the reach of my enemies; you save me from violent opponents. For this, O Lord,
A positive reflection for a new day...
