Tuesday... What picture is in your mind as you face today? I think in pictures. Sometimes that is good and sometimes not so good. A picture of something bad happening is not a great way to start your day but a good picture is a great way to start. Psalm 113:5-6 (NLT) gives a very good picture to start our day at least for some of us. It says, "Who can be compared with the Lord our God, who is enthroned on high. Who stoops to look down on heaven and earth." Now if we would go up Pikes Peak outside of Colorado Springs and look down the view would be beautiful. There would be so much to see but way up there we wouldn't be able to see individual people but who can compare with the Lord our God? We can't. No way can we. You see when He stoops down He sees it all but He also sees you and me and He sees what is happening and is about to happen. He not only sees but He can do something about it. He is not only a seer but He is a doer. And that to me is a great picture for me ...
