Friday... So, where do you get it? Here are two answer to that question. Proverbs 6:6 (NLT) says, "For the Lord grants wisdom!" And then James 1:5 says, "If you need wisdom, ask our generous God." Now both of the writers of these statements knew what they were talking about. The first writer was Solomon the son of King David and he was known to be the wisest man in his time. God came to him and told him that He would give him anything he wanted and Solomon asked for wisdom. And then James, the second writer grew up with the wisest man who ever lived. He was Jesus' human brother. They both knew what they were talking about. Now Solomon continues in verses 6-8, "For the Lord grants wisdom!" But he doesn't stop there. "From his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest. He is a shield to those who walk with integrity. He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him....
