Monday... This can make such a difference in their day and yours too! Is there someone in your family or your work that always has a ready smile when you need it? Is it you? Proverbs 15:30 (NLT) says, "A cheerful look brings joy to the heart; good news makes for good health." Do you want people to like you, to look forward to seeing you? A smile goes a long way to doing that. I have spent a long time starting my day at Starbucks. I usually sit close to where people pick up their coffee and I strive to give everyone a smile. Not a fake one, a real one. And after a few day I'll say something that produces a smile from them. It really does make a difference in their day and mine. It really does. I love the Bible. It speaks to us in so many ways. I have spent many years in the Psalms. The writers many times starts their Psalm with a lament, a worry, a concern and then they would turn their focus toward God and it totally changed their perspective and it does the same for me....
