Monday... Maybe, this is what you want, today. Could it be that you have been down-in-the-dumps for so long and it shows on your face. And you know like David that you need to be honest with yourself and God and pray this prayer. He writes in Psalm 13:3b, (NLT), "Restore the sparkle to my eyes, or I will die." Is that how you feel, is that what you want? I love that David knew that he had lost something, he had lost his sparkle, he had let the cares and the difficulties of life get him down and it showed on his face and in his eyes. In verse 1, he says what you may want to say. He says, "O Lord, how long will you forget me? Forever? How long will you look the other way?" We may feel guilty when we feel that way, but David was honest and we should be too. He goes on in verse 2, "How long must I struggle with anguish in my soul, with sorrow in my heart every day?
