Monday... I wonder what He is like? Do you ever ask yourself that question or maybe someone else that question? I wonder what God is like? That is a good question to ask, isn't it? And the Bible is a great place to search for your answer. Solomon wrote a book called Proverbs. In chapter 6 he gives us some insight about God. In verse 16 (NLT), Solomon says, "There are six things the Lord hates - no, seven things he detests:" Now knowing what someone hates gives us some understanding about them. Verses 17 & 18 says, "haughty eyes, a lying tongue, hands that plot evil, feet that race to do wrong, a false witness who pours out lies, a person who sows discord in a family." That tells us what we need to not do if we want a relationship with Him.
