Thursday... It can be so hard but so worth it. In Proverbs 25:15a (MSG) there is this word that is very difficult to have. It really is but it can and will be worth it. Here is what this proverb says, "Patient persistence pierces through indifference." Now this word came up again in 1 Corinthians 13:4a (NLT) and it says, "Love is patient and kind." Verse 7 says it in a little different way, "Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance." "Love is patient." And love through patience seems to show us clarity. Verse 12 says, "Now we see things imperfectly, like puzzling reflections in a mirror, but then we will see everything with perfect clarity. All that I know now is partial and incomplete, but then I will know everything completely, just as God now knows me completely."
