Wednesday... Here is a needed reinforced thought for today.
We had a pretty noisy and wet desert storm last night and I came across this great thought that will reinforce our confidence in our storms. Psalm 2:12b (NLT) says, "But what joy for all who take refuge in him!" Now it seems that joy and storms don't go together. "But what joy for all who take refuge in him!" Again that thought jumped out at me in my reading this morning. "But what joy for all who take refuge in him!"
We do not need to go through our storms alone. We don't. But so many people do. Maybe you do. Well here is a reinforced thought for you today, "But what joy for all who take refuge in him!"
And then over in Proverbs 2:10 it says, "For wisdom will enter your heart, and knowledge will fill you with joy." That also needs to be reinforced into our heart today.
Starting in verse 7 and ending in verse 11 it says, "He grants a treasure of common sense to the honest. He is a shield to those who walk with integrity. He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him." He goes on, "Then you will understand what is right, just and fair, and you will find the right way to go." That is so good. "For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will fill you with joy. Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe."
All of that needs to be reinforced into our heart and mind. God knows what we need in the midst of our storms, "He guards the paths of the just and protects those who are faithful to him. Then you will understand what is right, just and fair, and you will find the right way to go."
Even in the midst of your storm, "But what joy for all who take refuge in him!" and "For wisdom will enter your heart and knowledge will fill you with joy. Wise choices will watch over you. Understanding will keep you safe." Yes, yes! #todaysbeginning
